SA Warranty claim now going for almost a month

So I bought a vehicle from a dealer in March, the dealer did it's part and took out the warranty on the vehicle and now that it is needed SA warranty takes their time and only want to pay portion of the claim and it is really pathetic as I know that the full amount should be paid as it forms part of the cover. They feel nothing for their clients nor the dealer clients. You guys go home and to work but the client is always the one loosing as you feel nothing for me and my work and how I must struggle to get there. Heidi and her Manager are useless.
