Sa warranty

This is an amazing company Just needs a few tweaks. Booked my car in for repairs. And the company says they need to send an assessor. While I do not have a problem with that specifically I would appreciate the assessors number or time frame as this hampers the repair work on the vehicle. Alternatively provide us with a loan car to use in the interim. I really need my car urgently as I still need to send it to get flushed. This assessor situation really causes a delay especially if you have no other vehicle to use as a spare. Hence I rather drive my car being broken due to the delay in approving the repair.
