SA Warranties refuse to pay for my clutc replaceme

I bought my car at approximately 136000 km in June 2013, in the service booklet it indicates that's when the car was last service. At approximately at 142000 km i had to take the car for service again to replace front brake pads, break sensors, oil filter, oil and air filter. On the 15 of June 2015 my clutch went got stuck on the road and they organised for my car to my towed to Bosch car services in Polokwane. After diagnostics they found that i had to replace my clutch and it would cost about R15000. The millage on my car was approximately 146000 km when it broke down, but now SA warranties is refusing to pay out using the \lame"excuse that i didn't service the car in 2014. From my perception and knowledge the car must be service at every 10000 km"
