SA Warranties - No Service but took my money with a smile

I took out a 2 year warranty plan with SA Warranties when i bought my vehicle from Audi in May. They came recommended from Audi and with Audi being such a large name, i felt they could be trusted. It has become apparent that SA Warranties cannot be trust to assist. I had an issue with my vehicle on Monday. The car is sitting at the dealer stripped waiting for an approval from this fly by night company who wants an assessor to first see the car but are then pushing it from Monday for an assessor to go out. In the meantime i am sitting without a car and the is no feed back from SA Warranties. They are a waste of hard earned money. I have had Motorite on my previous vehicles and will be moving back to them as they never gave me such a hassle with terrible service.
