SA WARRANTIES & LiquidCapital ***** Sales Person - Fanyana Ngcobo

<p>On the 17-Mar 2017 I was called by Fanyana Ngcobo from Liquid Capital and he advised me that my warranty for my Renault Clio 2013 will expired June 2017, because LiquidCapital was already covering my service plan and came recommended by Renault I agreed as I trusted them and decided to take up the warranty cover as it was going to expire June the debit started going off end of April 2017.</p> <p>On the 28-July I received a call from my insurance confirming a few details about my cover for my car and they confirmed to me that my Warranty expires only June 2018 not this year, I immediately called Renault to check on which was the correct info they also confirmed it was June 2018.</p> <p>I felt that Fanyana called and **** to me so that I can take up the warranty cover but did not give the correct information, I also spoke to him on the 28/07 to advise him of this and he said he had no idea when my warranty will expire but funny enough he did when he chose to call and sell me the cover, he the same day promise to give me a refund for my money that was already deducted over the 5 months which till today he has not paid me back my money.</p> <p>I feel like companies like Liquid Capital have the correct info about us and our cars which they get from the dealerships but their agents manipulate the information to sell us insurance for commission and that must come to an end immediately.</p> <p>I've since cancelled the warranty plan which apparently was underwritten by SA Warranties who now want a proof from me that my warranty has not expired before they can refund me my money but they never requested proof of the same when they opened the cover for me.</p> <p>Be careful of Liquid Capital and SA WARRANTIES they are ********!</p> <p> </p>
