SA Warranties bad service

SA Warranties very bad service, my clutch had broken 16 Jan 2018, it was repaired, and SA Warranties paid me out, as the repairer does not deal with SA Warranties at all due to previous problems with them. Then 2 weeks later the master cylinder packed up, I took the vehicle back and it cost me more thousands again, I then had emailed a copy of the repairer to SA Warranties to Parlan, who agreed to assist me as he handled my previous claim. I got my car back on Monday, and emailed all the stuff through to SA Warranties, no feedback, I phoned and spoke to Selina this morning, and sent everything through again. Then now I receive an email back stating that they will not pay for the repairs at all, because the repairer did not register the claim, but the repairer does not want anything to do with SA Warranties. I phoned again spoke to Waldo which just said sorry, as if this would help! I see this a total *******, always quick to sell one anything until the anything happens.

I am very unhappy with the service I received from SA Warranties with my second claim SAW416459, and I would strongly advise people not to take this warranty as it is a total *******! Being left without a car for more than a months, seems to be very funny to SA Warranties, but it just goes to show whom and who the really are.
