SA Warranties Awful Claim Procedure
My car has been at the workshop since Monday. I have been without a car for 3 days. The car hire benefit only applies if my car will take over 8 hours to repair. However the 3 days taken by SA Warranties to authorize my claim is null and void. So even if they take a month to review and authorize my claim, I WILL NOT be eligible to qualify for the car hire benefit.
All this while my car is left, untouched at the workshop awaiting payment from SA Warranties.
