SA Warranties and Bosch Services-USELESS

Last week Wednesday my car started smoking so I called SA Warranty and was told I could only send my car to 3 places in Durban , the car was sent to Bosch Car Services in Jan Smuts Highway. The lady called SA Warranties and told them it was a bottle and pipe next to the water pump which had a leak but they did not do a proper check on the car to see for any other fault .SA Warranties does not cover those components. My dad then went to Bosch and he had to tell the mechanic there to have a look at the water pump and then only did he realize it was the water pump and so they made another call to SA Warranties and they of course question why did the dealer did not pick up the fault in the first place and they were asked to send a photo and then an assessor was booked to have a look at the car on Friday but he only went on Monday and apparently he could not look at the water pump because it was still in the car and not stripped as requested, further more the bottle which they claimed had a leak was only expanded so my claim therefore got rejection all because the pump could not be visible for the assessor and I was told I need to pay him for the next call out I claim.
