SA Warranties

This is just to warn other people. Purchased a second hand vehicle with service plan from Liquid Capital and warranty from SA Warranties (sister companies). Took my vehicle to Audi for service and they picked up my intake manifold had a small crack in it. SA Warranties rejected the claim to Audi. I had to pay out of my own pocket. After a week of trying to get a reaponse from SA Warranties they finally reaponded in writing after I threatened to go to the ombudsman. Eventually they approved my claim and paid it back to me. Rejected the claim due to their records not being updated that my vehicle went for services at Audi even though their sister company did pay for all services without any hassle. People please challenge all claims rejected by them because they are looking for any reason to reject claims, and I know for a fact most people will not challenge them.
