SA useless warantee

<p>I have never been so disappointed. SA freakin warantee it's like they are looking for a reason not to pay. I took my car for servicing and the dealership had to contact and send the quote through to them. Just by looking at the quote thEy assumed I was involved in an accident so "THEY HAD TO SEND THEIR OWN ASSESSOR " which I did not mind, but the problem was him taking days to get to the dealership,maybe he was driving or walking from overseas and when he got there he was impatient that my car was not there and left without assessing it because he works all around Gauteng. I had to fight for the assessor to come back. When he finally finished assessing the car and found out that the was no accident he went back to the office and someone from the office called the dealership to tell them that they will not be paying the full amount not eve half the amount on the quote. Like why the HELL was I paying for service warantee for my car if I am not getting anything out of it. What they are doing its *****in. I hope they will never dare to take my money EVER and I WILL NEVER USE SA USELESS WARANTEE EVER!!!!! PATETIC SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
