SA's ***** WARRANTIES Company

<p>Took up a extender warranty plan with SA Warranties telephonically and informed that I was fully covered and no excess when claiming, all electrical and mechnical components were fully covered, coutesy car immdiately when my car goes in to be fixed and it would be fixed at Manufatured Dealership, in my cases BMW Continental. I asked him if there wasn't a **** so he send I can check on the internet, this is a legit company and if i would like to cancel i can do so with in 4 months of taking up this offer. So I thought I would receive the contact and have enough time to read t's & C's but it never came, called them and they said I should wait it was on its way. I waited up until the 4 months lapsed and it only arrived on the 5th month and I read it it dindnt cover everything, contacted them to cancel and was informed that I couldn't cancel due to the lapsed period, when I had to claim, the car never went to the manufaturer workshop but some dodgey workshop which couldnt fix the car just charged the battery and I had to pay for dygnostic and labour - R2,854, they then also took it to another place wich also couldnt find the problem and i ended up fixing but I had to release my car with an amount of R3,985 and all this time I was driving a hired car which I had to pay as my car never fixed and they say they only give a courtesy car when they have to fix a car and only for 5 day which is was not what I was told upon taking up the product. I ended up sending my car to a reputable BMW who told me that I needed to redo my engine and replace my oil filter. The powersteering pump also need to be replaced and petrol filter needed to changed, I have done the engine which has costed me R24, 548 and need to finish off the other stuff which I dont have the money for. I would like refund and cancel my contract because this has caused ME ALOT OF STRESS AND FINANCIAL ISSUES!</p>
