S A Warranties - Guarantee to leave you starnded

I bought a vehicle where the warranty and motor plan expired and I realized I need some form of cover - After seeing an ad on TV. I decided on Liquid Capital - S A Warranties. Took main policy and top up. Today I realized this policy means nothing - no piece of mind at all - Simply pathetic - My wife had a mechanical breakdown on Tuesday 30/06 and I was out of town - Called S A Warranties, after a quite frustrating phone call I was told that roadside assistance will be sent out and should be with them within an hour to hour and a half - about two and a half hours later they showed up and the vehicle was taken to the nearest dealership. Dealership was struggling to diagnose the problem and it seemed that they have now found the problem - two days later. S A Warranties simply informed me that they do not help or pay for any diagnoses of a breakdown - Not even prepared to assist - no parts needed. I have now a huge bill at the garage and I do not have the money to pay this bill - S A Warranties is very happy to leave me in this position. Please take note - this policy is full of loop holes to ensure they leave the customer stranded. Will strongly advise people to avoid S A Warranties.
