Rude staff and non informant

I have called m sure to login a claim, I was told to tell the dealer to call them, it's been 4 days now and I have not had any correspondence. Unfriendly staff, talking to you like he is doing you a favour, none of my questions were answered and the process was not even explained. I don't know what is going on right now, all I know is that I do not have a car and I do not have even a reference number, I don't know if my claim is being processed or what.
