Riddled with incompetence and never use msure

Do not take any policies with M sure or their affiliate liquid capital.. I was told by my dealership that my cover was terminated in January but to my knowledge, I received a call from the sales agents nagging me for a renewal which I did but it was never done. I received dozens of calls from the sales agents and eventually told the agents that I had renewed my cover and asked them to check records on their system but I guess the endless calls indicates that they don't write notes on their systems and they use external providers who aren't monitored when renewing their clients policies.. I find it very convenient that they are only able to retrieve calls where I didn't answer which was song the same time when I gave consent for my policy to be renewed. The service is absolutely disgusting and it's sad because on the 2 occasions I've had to deal with them, both occasion resulted in complaints on this platform because of their incompetency.. I want that call to be traced and I want the agents who did not follow through to be held responsible and I want to cancel all policies I have with msure.
