Rejection of Valid Claim

I have had a policy with M-Sure for 2 years and have never claimed anything on it for my Renault Clio.

I recently experienced some issues with: 1. Electric Window switch 2. Clutch 3. Fuel gauge

M-Sure has asked for a strip and quote from Renault and I must approve it else I will pay R 5 000.

I am told by Renault that my claim was rejected by M-Sure and I have not been told why. The car's services are up to date and there does not seem to a valid reason for M-Sure to reject my repair claims. The only reasonable explanation is that they do not want to pay in order to keep the money.
