Rejection

My car has a problem with the gear box, the dealer submitted a claim on my behalf and the assessor came last Friday and from the sound of it he had made up his mind before coming there and rejected the claim. SA Warranties didn't have the guts to call me direct to tell me, I had to hear it from the dealership! I have been calling since yesterday to get a clear understanding why they rejected my claim and no one can give me a clear answer. Since I got the call yesterday from the dealer, I called SA Warranties the one guy said cause the was a leakage that's why it got rejected and the next guy I spoke to Hendrick in claims says the assessors said it's because there was minimal oil in my transmission box! I have been trying to get hold of the Shaun who is handling my claim and the phone just rings still my airtime runs out!!! I pay every month no payment skipped and the is no clause saying if there is minimal oil they don't fix the car, only if there is a oil leakage or for oil leaks themselves they don't cover and as far as I know the assessor said there was no leakage as per Hendrick. So if this is not sorted I was want to cancel my policy and all my premiums back ASAP!!!!!!
