Refuses to Fix my car

I took up a warranty with SA warranties for my car a few months back,<br> <br> According to the mechanic, the oil pump failed which resulted in the car picking up a bearing knock.<br> I contacted SA Warranties and I was pleased with the service issued to me up until today,<br> they towed my car to the workshop and told me that the mechanic will have to communicate with them the problem with the car.<br> <br> On Monday, the 16th of November, the mechanic advised me that SA Warranty had given the go ahead for him to strip the engine in order to find out the cause of the bearing knock,<br> <br> The assessor had went out to the workshop today, the 18th of November, and apparently he has rejected my claim due to the fact that the car has an aftermarket dump-valve, both the mechanic and workshop foreman had advised him that the dump-valve has nothing to do with the engine or the fact that the oil pump had failed.<br> The assessor kept making statements that the car is not standard,<br> after numerous calls with SA warranties this evening, i have received no good news as to what can be done to help me sort my car out, except for the fact that my claim is being rejected on the basis that the car is modified.<br>
