Refund not paid out after policy cancellation

I took a policy with SA Warranties, I was told that should I cancel the policy without utilising any of the benefits my money will refunded, I have cancelled my policy and now I am told that the refund will be paid to my MFC Account. This was not the agreement when I took the policy. and I need my refund paid back into my account as you debited from it and not from MFC account.<br> I have provided my banking details on the cancellation form which was sent to your customer care.
