Refund

Good day I had an warranty with this company I paid the full amount, dues to some misunderstanding concerning my car I lodge to cancel the warranty and I requested my refund is been 3 weeks now since they said I will get my refund sending me unnecessary emails and when am communicating with them via the email some they don't respond, and the was a lady named Nokulinda N she was very helpful hope I will get my money back as am running out of patient. I got an email from Portia M and when I sent her email she said she doesn't have access to emails and she said me another email that I must speak to Phumzile O I sent her email she never came back to me
