Pure lies
I have been paying my warranty insurance for more than 3 years and I have recently just renewed it. Upon claiming for a repair, m-sure only R4000 on a R30 000 quotation. After they have even sent out their inspector. Now I need to cover a shortfall of over R26 000. There is no value for money what so ever.
