Price I have to pay, Terrible service

Very angry, frustrated and utterly disappointed, took a car for repairs due to mechanical breakdown on 28th of September, service centre still waiting on them, they take forever to finalize claims, you stay for months without a car, they pay a certain portion and you are liable for huge amounts, took my car again last year, service was terrible they only paid 45k and me and my wife had to pay close to 50k I'm done I've had it with M-Sure I wish I never bought the car and wish they were never preloaded on my application, I'm forced to stick with them my contract only ends in March 2021, I wonder if I'll ever get my car fixed in this lifetime
