Poor service - Tyre Claim

Your level of service sucks, having to wait days to a week for a simple tyre claim!!!!! It seems as if you cannot even understand your own claims process, i sent the car to Tiger wheels as per your request, i was later on after having to call you that you need to send your own inspector, the inspector did arrive today and i am told i need to wait another 24 to 48 hours for your final decision.
