Poor service & response

When I called to claim, M-Sure said i was not a member. After persuading them to double-check the records, oops, they discovered that i was a member and my contributions were up to date. When the claim finally was processed, which was circa R25k, they then paid out only R5k without any explanation whatsoever! Do they care for their customers?
