poor service from Calvin in claims
CALVIN IN CLAIMS he put the phone down He didn't give me a chance to speak wanted to transfer me to payments without getting all the info from he because he didn't listen!
He called the people where my car was messed up without even getting my name surname or account number . so how on Gods green earth was he going to resolve my query!!!!!! HOW FLIPPEN RUDE
is it because i called at 16h30 home time?
how am i suppose to get my car sorted when this is now the 2nd time i have received such poor customer care
