Poor service delivery

I will never in my life direct someone to M-Sure. I got a bumper to bumper warranty plan by m sure. I tryd to get my mind around the service of them are poor . if Cancal it I lose my money if I go ahead I still lose my money.so I just gave my to m sure for mahala. Please people out stay away from these people cause they can con you.
