Poor Service by M SURE FINANCIAL SERVICES

I am very disappointed with M SURE financial services. I have been paying the premium with this company for many years. Now I want to put a claim for extended warranty, the call centre number is an automated response. I patiently call the number for more than 3 days but no answer from claims department. The only effective emergency department is effective but when they transfer the call to claims is a same story.

I will not advise any one to do business with this company.
