Poor service

I’m very disappointed in Msure. I’m have submitted all the necessary documentations however Msure still wants to confirm with the ,what’s there to confirm if I have sent you legitimate documents , I have to keep on following up every single day .come on you can do better than this . I want this sorted out asap
