Poor Poor service

Yoh I don't even know where to begin. You will call and ask them to call you back they won't. When you claim, claim is not processed Sametime. It takes days. Since we used it we complain every time we have to put in claim Now we are claim for 5 things, they tell us they'll only pay the highest amount, the rest they won't pay. Where's the amounts on the policy are there. Why should I have a insurance when I need to claim it cannot help me I'm very much disappointed in Msure because even for debit I had to fight with them asking them why you don't debit Yoh msure is a stress shame Please recommend me the other insurance Please
