Poor Customer Service

I made a claim on the 30/10/2020 and on the 4/11/2020 it came back saying im not covered for scratches exceeding 15 cm, but my scratch was smaller than that. I tried calling but they keep dropping me from one consultant to another. Even my claim application results came back after i started calling and e-mailing them.
