Poor customer service

I kept receiving calls to renew my warranty even though I had informed 2 people that I would call back when I needed to renew. Eventually when I did, I was keep on the phone for 30 mins just to go over the T&C’s that I already agreed to from the first time! I then get charged twice for the same policy! I’m not sure if the agent who assisted me, created a new policy over and above the existing one even though it is the same car and same banking details or if it was a glitch! But this is not what I signed up for!!
