Poor assistance

My vehicle broke down July 2021. I've been contacted msure numerous times for contact details of an authorized diesel mechanic in the Western Cape. All the numbers the gave me is either the dealers are not registered with them anymore or the y don't want to work on my vehicle. It's been going on now for 7 months now. My premiums is up to date and I've also taken out a new policy. I've been paying for a vehicle that I only drove for 3 months. I contacted the dealership where I bought the vehicle but they just ignore me. I tried to get a lawyer but they to expensive. The bank said it's not their problem they just lend me the money. Everything is up to date...the insurance, the tracker and my bank payments. Msure gave me a mechanics number in Herm**** who towed my vehicle to their workshop bu was prohibited to work on the vehicle because their membership was not up to date. Now the mechanic refuses to release my vehicle because they want their towing and assessment fee. I'm so stressed about this situation. It's affecting my marriage, work a family life
