POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I’m not PLEASED with the service I’m getting from M-Sure. I booked in my car for the tire rod ends to be replaced but upto now the quotation is not yet approved and the waste case is I’m using my car for work. Secondly I stay on a small holdings where I can’t even get public transport or do e-hail services due to the distance. Thirdly they need to educate their consultants how to treat costumers . They are very rude and have very poor communication skills. One of the consultant had the nerve to tell that l must have a second car, guess she thinks money grows on trees.
