Poor and selfish service from M-sure & SA Dent oro

I had a terrible experience with M-sure scratch and dents insurance along with their Penelbeater SA Dent pro.

I claimed for scratches and dents for my front bumper and they gave me a list of Penelbeaters to choose from and to send them atleast two quotes. I did as instructed and they went for SA dent pro.

I was told that it would take 3-4days to fix the scratches on the bumper however they ended up taking 5days and the work done was teerible. They remived the dents but the color was nolonger matching to the rest of the car.to make meters worse they even changes the colour of my fenders.

I complained and I was told to take it back to dent pro to rectify their mistakes and gave the. Another 3 days but they failed to fix their mistakes.

What frustrate me the most is my insurance because I asked them if they can't take my car to another Penelbeater who can rectify the mistake and they told me it's not possible and have to take it back to the same Penelbeater.

This guys are a **** and right now I'm sitting with a car that have two different colors and I've been with the same insure for more than 3years.

These guys are very selfish and not loyal to their customers.
