Policy now cancelled because I complained about their poor service

What a disgrace this company is. Apparently the complaint was resolved and my policy is cancelled without a refund. Nozipho from complaints just sent me an email stating that it's been cancelled and that they thanking me but no resolution. Was my calls listened to as asked. They were not even made available to me and still to date I have not received a policy document. If I had known that I am not covered for this instance I would not have taken the cover. I want my money back from inception of the policy. I will be taking this up with the ombudsman today
