Policy Not Cancelled and refunded

I cancelled my policy ADC738136POL with M-sure and they have not acknowledged confirmation instead they debited my account. I phoned and emailed them twice. Note: I have never claimed on this policy since inception (2015) and would expect a refund not debit.
