Pay back my premiums

I have an adcover policy with m-sure with policy number QADC001612POL. I cancelled my insurance since it could not cover me as I had a problem renewing my license disc because of previous vehicle. I had an accident and since I did not have insurance the m-sure adcover policy was null and void as it required me to have insurance. I requested my premiums back from their call centre and the said it’s impossible and said I must send an email to their administrator at ***. I got an automatic reply saying they will respond within 3 days. 3 days have past and still no answer

Hi I just received a rpmsg file which I cannot open. Can you replying by sending me a message telling me if you gonna refund my premiums as the cover was invalid if I don’t have insurance. Not rpmsg file
