Pathetic,disgusting service by M-Sure

On 6th of January 2020 I registered my claim with Mpho Seabela for my car warranty.On the 9th January 2020 my claim was authorised.I have then numerous times contacted M-sure and could not get hold of Mpho.I then sent her a number of e-mails and the required documentation for the claim.Finally on the 16th of January 2020 she said that I will receive payment for my claim in 5 to 7 working days.Today is 28th January 2020 which is the 8th day of my claim.I phoned M-sure a number of times this morning and cannot get a hold of her amd she does not respond to e-mails.
