Pathetic Services

<p>I received a warranty on the full machine of my car when I bought it from FS CARS. Two days ago i had to take the car so that the machine could be inspected due to a warning light that came on. When the car arrived at the Garage, they inspected the car and there was a few things that needs to be fixed. when the quote was sent to SA warranties, there was all of a sudden incorrect information with regards to the kilometers of the car, which i in a way understand, because that could've been a typing error. However, I contacted FS CARS and they ensured me that the paperwork was rectified and amended and the situation was resolved. SA Warranties was supposed to contact the Garage with regards to the payment. up till now they didnt contact the Garage and my car is still at the garage. i dont have any transport now and need to arrange transport which cost me extra costs now. and another thing that was given through by SA Warranties at the time that the Garage contacted them, they apparently only covers a minimal amount of the total cost and i now have to pay more then 80% of the costs which i dont have. This is totally pathetic and not even one of the SA Warranties Consultants contacted me to inform me about this predicament and now i'm sitting with the bag potatoes.</p>
