Pathetic service Msure079

This company is not even worth a star. Their service is pathetic and unfortunately Hyuandai has partnered with them. I had a scratch and dent policy with them. I traded in my car and also added this policy to my new car. They send me a letter that policy with my old traded in car was cancelled on 2022-12-31. Yet they kept on deducting premiums from my bank account. When i contact them now suddenly I need to submit a trade in certificate for my old car otherwise they wont refund the money deducted in January, February and March. Which seems odd as they send me an email saying the policy is cancelled. I did try to get a trade in certificate from MFC and they rep**** they dont supply trade in certificate I must contact the dealership. I contact the dealership and they send me a document that states my old car was paid up. That was send to Msure, yet that was not enough. So what now??? How is it that they cancelled my policy on paper but still deduct money and now suddenly they need a trade in certificate? I will never ever use this company again their service is shocking and nothing make sense. I asked for a senior person to speak to or the contact detail of the CEO, no response. And this is not about the money, it is about the principle.
