Pathetic service!

Absolutely pathetic experience. They are so confused about my warranty policy. They emailed me to tell me its expiring and its being renewed. Then they contacted me telephonically to ask me if i want to renew, even after the email didnt confirm cancellation! Then i said i want to renew, and then they emailed me the policy renewal evidence. Then today i get an email stating my policy has been cancelled effective 3 January. Now if i had a lawyer i'd been taking legal action for misleading me, and i;ll draw out all the recorded calls to prove their folly! Now im sitting with uncer*****y of whether my policy is cancelled or still exists!!
