Pathetic service

Very rude call centre agent- I called in to query an electric fault on my steering and the agent (Elliot/Ellias) made me hold on for a long time and when he got back on the line he started talking about the steering rack on the car and I never queried this. I then told him that I am not querying the steering rack but the query is about the multifunctional steering. I asked him why is he talking about the steering rack? He told me let's not go there and he was very rude. I asked to speak to his manager and by no surprise his manager was busy on another call. I asked to speak to someone else and he transferred me but I was on hold for 10 mins with no answer. Why do we has customers has to go through so much abuse yet we paying for a service
