Pathetic service and Misrepresentation on another level

Does this 1-star rating even count? Before approaching this FSP, please make sure that the representative selling their products is knowledgeable and qualified to do so. Their 12 month-waiting period is such a hogwash and for this to even be allowed is shocking - it's like collecting premiums whilst hoping for the insured to die so that a claim can never be paid. Their claims process and department is a joke so if you are looking to secure your home, car or valuable asset, please approach the bigger insurers directly before being trapped and ******.
