Pathetic Service

I have a pending claim for the past 6 weeks now which has been rejected. The reason for the rejection is absolutely false and is backed up by the auto repair shop themselves. They have sent numerous e-mails, requests for meetings, etc and all we receive is the same response, that the claim is rejected, literally a one line response each time! This is really pathetic service really which has left me without a car for 6 weeks!
