pathetic service

<p>I claimed at SA warranties because my car has a problem i think with the engine , the first consultant helped me with no hassle , he organised a tow truck to tow my car to Bosch lenasia , a week later boch called me to cme tow the car cuase their fully booked and closing for december i then called SA waranties i spoke t to Dawie and i explained the whole story that the car need to be towed becuase bosch advised that i should not drive it becuase they dont know what is wrong and it might damage something else , then Dawie told me to take the car myself to another workshop , i aksed him though how am i going to take the car since i cannot drive it , i told him i do not understand the process becuase i have not claimed before , im confused and dissapointed because now the waranty is not willing to help now , he just gave me the number and asked that i call the workshops i dont even know where to start.</p>
