Pathetic service!!!

Good day, so frustrated!!! I have called m-sure in 2018 stating that i no longer own the vehicle they have been billing me for scratch and dent. Also that i no longer own this vehicle that i paid a lumpsum on when purchasing. So i have 2 policy's 1 i pay monthly and the other where a lumpsum upfront payment was made when purchasing my vehicle. I then called on the 04 December 2019 and emailed the documents showing I dont own this vehicles since 23/08/2017. I was told my refund will be done within a month and the 04/01/2020 is a month since I sent the documents. Today I called and no progress on my cancellation. I was on a call with an agent and some how my call was cut. Now tried calling again and I am told by a recorder that I am the first in line and waited for 13 minutes with no answer.

What pathetic service is this.
