Pathetic from M-Sure

I have taken my car to the same garage for the past 8 years, and have previously claimed for door locks and other items through my M-Sure policy.

I have had a policy with M-Sure for many years and there has never been an issue once I need to claim with Geolander. I took my car to have a service this morning and the control arm bushings need replacing and on contacting the call centre, have been told there is an issue with Geolander and they will not cover the claim.

I have been prejudiced as I have no knowledge that there is an issue with Geolander as a service provider and in good faith I have gone back to them in the knowledge that my extended warranty would cover any major parts replacement, as they have always done in the past.

In light of this, I have cancelled my policy and am disgusted at the waste of money in paying for this warranty and when the time comes to claim, there is an issue.

I'm very unhappy as I was not informed that Geolander had an issue with M-Sure, until I called to lodge a claim. I was happy to support Hollard due to the work that they do to maintain the cycle trails around Jozi, but I will support them no longer.
