PATHETIC

So I left my car at jeep for repairs they put in a claim to Msure for the throttle body, the consultant first asked for service invoices and cost of repairs from the dealership after obtaining all of this they rejected the claim stating it was not covered. If it was not covered why were we not told why was all additional info requested first.
