Pathetic Customer Service and Policy Coverage

I would most definitely not suggest that anyone buys a policy from SA Warranties - M Sure. To think that we were considering renewing our policy. At least we have seen the quality of their service now before we renewed our policy. We have to tried to claim twice within the last 3 months. Once for a strut and then for a bush on the suspension and both times we are just told that parts are not covered. When trying to phone complaints department to lodge a complaint, Shaila from complaints department puts me back to the claims department. I mean really, I was just there. And then I get asked buy Sello in claims department if I can read what it says on policy. Absolutely fantastic customer service. So please stay away.
