Pathetic Company

Having being a client for almost a year, I submitted a claim through a repairer to SA Warranties, they told the repairer to strip the car 1st, take pictures of the damaged water pump and only then they will give a go ahead on whether to repair or replace. This up & down took 2 weeks and when I contacted their customer care, I was told they don't deal with the paying client but the repair center. My car stood at the workshop for 3 weeks and I had to part ways with +R17k in order to get my car which is key to making the income. Since August 2017, I have been contacting SA Warranties via email & phone without success
