Pathetic - Claim not paid!!!
<p>My bakkie's propshaft broke, it is the only vehicle we have. So I registered the claim with SA Warranties. In the mean time I had to get it fixed as I had no other vehicle or transport. No all of the sudden they don't want to pay out my claim, because according to them I didn't follow the right procedures!!! I was looking to extend the policy for another 2 years, but if this is the case and how they handle claims, I am definately not extending!!! Pathetic!!!</p>

No I am not satisfied with this at all, I didn't have the time to wait for approval from you, had to have the vehicle fixed due no alternative transport, myself and my husband have jobs to go to and a baby to take to daycare.
What is the difference? Whether I waited for your approval or not? It is fixed and you are supposed to pay the claim.
